domain providers give more leniency to 4cuck for whatever reason, they allow animal gore too while being hosted by the most basic bitch domain provider ever, I saw a thread dedicated to videos of dogs being murdered on /b/ just yesterday.
ED has been taken down like a billion times, and endchan constantly swaps between alternative domains at random without anyone noticing. I know I've seen the chinny on an alternate domain at least once too. I'd assume they've had issues with retards trying to police their shit but they just deal with it and move on because they aren't wusses.
