Working the rest of your life a job you hate is a no no, my advice would be figuring what you like. But even then, you say you are socially isolated, so I question wether it's convenient for you to even attempt living a conventional life (as you won't have a wife and kids to come back to or friends you can spend the weekends with).
Honestly? Do whatever the fuck you want, but don't kill yourself, you won't get another shot at life, and if you really are considering killing yourself, go do the shit you didn't have the courage to do before (like extreme sports, cursing the people you hate most, asking your crush etc).

OP if your reading this, I recommend first finding a colossal list of different possible careers that you could do, then sort them based on: "absolutely not", "maybe" and "Sure", go through the massive list and afterwards just look into the "maybe" and "sure" categories more deeply, it will take a while to do this but it will help you out.
