apparently a EPI'd/touched/groomed child is more likely to grow up and become a predator of sorts. there's many cases of this occuring. it just goes to show how badly stuff like that effects kids and society in general, and also perfectly illustrates the sheer importance of mental health services to prevent such cases from escalating.
