I'm pretty sure they actually started introducing wait times because of 'teens raiding them, I remember when the furfag was shilling xis shitty ban evasion service here after the fact because 'teens were struggling to ban evade using tuxler since the IP would change before the timer was up. continued measures (like captchas being in fucking 4 parts now) were definitely to counteract xim doe.
