Ten years ago everyone laughed at them for making cheap knockoffs, but now they are completely dominating in electric vehicles, drones, and telecommunications.It feels like their entire supply chain is a massive cheat code. A company can prototype a hardware design, source every single micro-component locally, and scale up to mass production in a fraction of the time it takes anywhere else. Combine that with a massive domestic market that adopts new apps and hardware instantly, and they just iterate at warp speed. Is it purely because of heavy state backing and central planning, or is the sheer hyper-competition among their own domestic companies forcing them to evolve faster? 🇨🇳
