Do you have any guides for shading for someone with no experience? I was thinking of trying to implement some elementary shading in my next 'toss but I'm not a drawfag so I have no idea where to start or what to do

I'm not the most experienced drawfag so take my advice with a grain of soy, reference artwork helps a lot, I usually have a picture of two open when making my touhoujaks. Furthermore, just color in a portion of what your drawing in a slightly darker color than what you used, be sure to stay consistent, make sure one side is darker than the other. Also don't be afraid to expirement with your shading
