It's brutal when you realize that your existence is 33% just sleeping. And on top of that you also spend multiple hours a day on this board doing absolutely nothing and wasting your youth away.

Meaningless jewish concepts. For 99% of human existence we were just hunter gathers who spent most of our time hunting just to eat, building shelter just to sleep, fucking because it feels good, talking in caveman speak when you're around others, taking care of your kids, or sleeping so you can do it again tomorrow. There were no higher goals or legacies or whatever, and that's our natural state as humans. Everything else is invented.
