No it originates from some niche group from 10 years ago called "anti-rabid fanbases". Basically they'd just shit on fanbases like FNAF or MLP. They were mainly a thing on Google+ forums.
The original group was actually just full of cacas, and it died out ages ago. Nowadays, it's been "revived" as a UTTP splinter.
