I swear almost everyone is on meds. Some say the meds work. I have been put on so many different meds. They never work and make me feel worse. 10x worse. Whenever I tell anyone I am feeling depressed, they say get on meds. They don’t recommend eating better, exercise or anything, just meds . . .do I really need to take meds to be happy? None work for me. So what does that mean for me? What am I supposed to do?
