I can go from feeling genuinely terrible, anxious and on the verge of giving up on life to feeling like I can take on the world, talk to anyone, fight anyone that disrespects me, etc. It's like some kind of mania.

I think it's mostly my social environment. I switch between feeling like everyone secretly dislikes me, and feeling manic and super extroverted whenever I have a pleasant interaction with a classmate/friend. I enter a flow state and it gives me a lot of ego and confidence and I also stop thinking about consequences of what I do and say

Idk if i genuinely have some kind of condition or it's just a thing that happens
