It is a sin (Deut 22:5) and also you cant be born in the wrong body, God made you a man if you choose to "transition" to being a woman (or the other way around) then you are commiting a grave sin and you will go to Hell if you don't repent for it. Hell is the worst possible torment imaginable and it lasts forever and ever. If you are really trans, I hope you change because I wouldnt wish Hell on anyone.
