I am very good at controlling it most of the time however because I am smart and have better things to do most of the time. But it is painful, and is becoming more painful and harder to control. I haven't done weird shit and I've completely stopped watching porn a bit ago and I won't get into it again unless my nigger impluse control goes haywire. It is manageable. I don't have any delusions and I know very well about this in and out. I know I'll always be a man. The misery and self-wallow is strong and the sense of debilitation will never go away fully.
