Okay, no joke – UTTP is here to stay at soyjak.st. Here's a list of changes we'll bring. Discussion invited.

We have observed the current state of the site. The endless coal floods, the failed raids, the same three 'jaks rotated for years, the complete lack of discipline. This ends now. UTTP is assuming permanent operational control. Resistance is noted, logged, and will be processed accordingly.

Immediate changes (effective immediately):

1. Mandatory officer identification
All posters will use the official UTTP naming convention. Anonymous posting is suspended pending review. First warning applies to anyone still posting as “Chud.” Second warning results in temporary suspension from the catalog. We are not joking.

2. Gem/Coal adjudication board
A permanent panel of ranking officers will rate every post. Gems are preserved. Coal is removed and the poster is issued a formal warning. Appeals are possible but will be reviewed by the same panel. Efficiency is the goal.

3. Raid coordination center
Nightly and daily activity will be centralized. Random spamming is inefficient and will be phased out. Structured operations only. Targets and timing will be announced in advance through official channels. Freelancers will be absorbed or removed.

4. Content standards upgrade
Low-effort soyjak variants and recycled templates are no longer acceptable as primary content. Original work is preferred. Existing high-quality archives remain. The rest will be archived or cleared to reduce clutter.

5. Moderation continuity
Gaps in coverage (especially overnight hours) are closed. Automated filters plus live officer presence. The previous pattern of temporary chaos followed by cleanup is finished.

6. Recruitment and integration
Interested parties may apply for provisional officer status. Requirements are simple: consistency, discipline, and willingness to follow operational directives. Previous affiliations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Public discussion window
This post exists to collect feedback. Constructive input will be considered. Pure seethe will be noted and filed. The decision to remain is not up for negotiation.

UTTP did not arrive to ask permission. We arrived because the previous arrangement produced diminishing returns. The site continues. The culture continues under clearer rules. Those who adapt will find the environment more functional. Those who do not will receive the standard sequence of warnings.
