I had top surgery when I was 17 years old, which to me feels way too young to have fully understood the consequences of what I was doing. At the same time, I was crawling out of my skin in the time leading up to my surgery and couldn't imagine waiting any longer or not having it. I don't necessarily mind having a flat chest, but the sensation in my chest is so weird and it is so upsetting to me. Is there anything that can be done to bring semi-normal sensation back? I can't even scratch an itch on my chest because everywhere from under my armpits to my incisions feels absolutely terrible when I try and scratch. I just feel like I really fucked up, and at such a young age. I feel so very alone in this feeling and I would love to talk to other people who feel similarly
