>something sparked inside me
>i decided to go outside for the first time in 11 years
>it hurts to get up from my chair
>i could barely take 3 steps until falling over
>force myself to drag myself to the front door
>i open it
>the sunlight and fresh air absolutely stings and is the worst pain ive ever felt
>see greenery for the first time that isnt in an anime
>"wait a minute, this isnt the qa"
>use all my energy to run back inside my room and nearly pass put from exhaustion
>start cutting myself and venting to my sisters on /r9k/ and discord
>start masturebating to 'o to clear my mind
>never go outside ever again
This happened to me 4 years ago and i am still traumatized and have immense PTSD and anxiety from that experience.
