things the next owner needs to do in order to be loved:
-create greater segregation among boards, allowing more specialization i.e. actual raids to happen on /raid/, actual new soys being invented & spread on /soy/, etc
-have official ban on degeneracy ie ban anyone who has ever posted anything that could imply they are weirdos offsite. like furry posting, tranime posting, pony posting (not that we see a lot of it but still)

any other ideas?
