in one dream i woke up in a cold sweat wearing only underwear. outside of my house was a giant alarm clock and when it 6:00 everything went black and i woke up

okay so i had this weird nightmare, i woke up in weird football worldcup match and the government was nuking the place so people won't have sex then Superman came gave me a thumbsup and pushed away all the nuke dust, then i lost conscious, then i woke up to some weird shipping thingy near football thingy then some dude was talking about how there is people getting kidnapped and beaten to death, then some dudes in red clothes kidnapped me, then i saw Superman and i fainted, when i woke up there was many girls and me tied up, and the leader was wearing football players clothes then he started to beat me up and crush my dick with his feet and i was screaming like a schizo, then a group of football players started to hit me and almost raped me, then superman came beat up the evil niggers and i lost conscious, then there was weird tiktok style video about superman showering and there was a bowl of shit and flesh, then the video switched to creepy bathroom style video about how much Superman eats, 10000000 pounds of flesh, 5 dead cows, 1000 pounds of shit and flesh, 10 humans, then i woke up to and there was 5 people in a pugilistic state and has some Turkish islamic hats, and there was a skinny fat dude with hollow eyes, skull face, exteremly dirty greenish white pale, balding white hairs, he told me to help him move the bodies because he doesn't touch his food. I helped did whatever he want, and then he suddenly said he will kill and rape me so i started to cry and yell and started to hit my head to the bathroom wall, i was drenched in sweat and my blood pressure got so high.

In early middle school I had this recurring nightmare where I was in an infinite grassy plain and there was a giant tree and opposite to it a giant bouncy castle with kids.
Out of the shade of the tree would come out this fnaf looking monster and chase me like a jartycuck.
I would climb the castle but each time the other SLF kids knocked me down and got me killed
This happened like 5 times until i finally reached the top and stopped having the dream
