I caught a Northern Pike once, it tasted good so I do like fish

i like making salmon in the oven, i butter a pan and set it skin side down on the butter, put seasonings, sliced lemon and red onion over the top, some olive oil, a little more butter and garlic, then i cover it all in tinfoil. i have it bake somewhat hotter than usual so the skin sizzles and gets crispy enough to slide right off while the salmon steams itself and the flavors melt into it

i eat fish sometimes
