If its 7 then i remember doing a method where you booted into safe mode and could access all files from there, then you changed the accessibility options button on the login screen to open cmd and then you could change the administrator password. Theres tutorials on youtube for a better explanation

Theres a local administrator account on most pcs, if your network admin isnt retarded they will change the default password like the captain coal incident geg. With cmd you can change the password for the account or create a new one with the same priveleges
