I don't want to edit my body. I would probably get artificial teeth as the exception though. Notriously they don't grow back. Also I would find it permissible to replace missing parts like if you're missing an arm or something. I guess the teeth thing would be permissible as a replacement for missing teeth, but also damaged teeth if you're unhappy with them. As if they aren't strong enough and have gotten weakened or they cause pain/discomfort.
