There should be a gore cooldown in the same way there's a supersage cooldown per IP, it'd fix gorespam while still allowing to post them in the right threads.

Add a nameroll that attaches a shardee approved gore image/gif alongside a 5 minute cooldown as to avoid failtrolls and gore videos still considered illegal because of their relations to active court cases from being posted
