THE SOLUTION: democratic reform! here are my propositions:
-elections to elect representatives in a bicameral government
-1 vote per man for each branch of government
-one branch of government proposes new rules and the other votes on them
-jannies aren't elected and are appointed by the owner instead
-the owner can still have influence for very important stuff but he should keep away from being a tyrant by getting approval from 1/3 of government so he keeps power without being unilateral

Voting should also be limited to moids, as to avoid foid influence on the sharty. A constitution that can only be changed by a 2/3 supermajority should also be put in place.
