But seriously just make up a reason to talk to them. Most women are nice. A good portion of them are bitter assholes, so if you realize that's the case don't bother. Just make sure you approach them either in a setting where someone would expect to be approached, like a social event or group setting (school, college etc), or with a good reason, otherwise they'll probably not want to socialize.
