Under § 423.2260, an advertisement can be defined as "Advertisement (Ad) means a read, written, visual, oral, watched, or heard bid for, or call to attention."
The UTTP advertises its brand using this familiar format.

This type of marketing is very recognizable and may pull curious teens to the UTTP which is in laymans terms is straight up unsolicited advertising. Under soyjak.st's rule 6 "Unsolicited advertising is not welcome." the UTTP is therefore unwelcome in the party.
