Any phono who gigaquotes this thread hereby formally and irrevocably acknowledges, by the act of gigaquoting itself, that they are voluntarily designating themselves a pedophile under the terms of this declaration.
This self-designation is treated as conclusive. No further evidence, investigation, or due process is required. The act of gigaquoting constitutes full and knowing acceptance of the designation.
Consequently:
1. The user is permanently banned from all associated platforms, communities, and services governed by this policy.
2. The user’s account, associated identities, and any linked content are subject to immediate and irreversible removal.
3. The designation is public, non-retractable, and may be referenced in any future enforcement action.
