the other image file is just the key for the user and passes
the js obfuscation reason is probably because to make the user and pass stealing harder, since it looks like these proxies expire after 1gb of usage and OP probably doesnt want that
the "residental proxies are botnets" thing is mostly true, but then you realize that Mysterium VPN is also affected by this since it is also a residental vpn
