When it comes to gore, I've always had a special interest in scleral melting (see picrel 2). I can't really explain it, it just looks so gross to me that it makes me interested.Goes for most eyegore, but scleral melting in specific drives me up the wall.

Goes for most eyegore, but scleral melting in specific drives me up the wall. I'm not sure why I'm like this, but I used to have dreams about eye decay because of it when I was a little child.
Sometimes, I'd wake up with the memory of necrotic pain in the eyes and I'd cry about it for hours. In one dream, I accidentally walked off of my balcony because I suddenly contracted it and couldn't see (I know that's not how it works but still). All I felt was me falling.
I can handle gore, even the really creepy shit. But this is just too much for me, it always has been.
