I honestly don't know who I'd rather have. I joined the site during the latter part of quote's regime so I can't say what he was like at the start, but to me he seemed vastly overburdened and incompetent for the ownership and way too lenient with sexually suggestive posts (even if that was mustard's doing), he also completely gave up on the booru, letting it go to jewstards hand. Doebeit, I don't think he was actively harmful for the site, if he had remained a janny/mod he would have been fine.
On the other hand, Salt has shown great potential in the first week or so. He 'nished all the pedotroon jannies, removed namefagging, restored order between the sharty and 'ru, and is potentially going to gem up the site and booru further in the future. HOWEVER, he is EXTREMELY lenient when it comes to graphic material, and, due to unbanning a shitload of old users, has introduced a shit-ton of toxic and harmful users back into the site, and doesn't seem to want to re-ban them. So it's really just up to whether or not you want porn or gore on the site, I guess.
