in a way it makes sense, rape doesn't end a life by itself but in my opinion it is worse because there isn't an excuse or rather a possible way to justify rape. you could murder someone who was a horrible person, and while you may argue you don't have the right to decide when to end a life, in comparison to rape there really isn't a single time where you can argue it's necessary
