If you're willing to put in a few extra seconds of work for a gemmier flavor, I'd start by from now on, whenever you need garlic for food prep, get a shit ton of garlic and put it in tin foil with a bit of olive oil and salt. wrap it and bake it in the oven for about 30 or more minutes until the garlic is brown and paste-like. Flavor will be 10 times better
Also whenever you eat anything with bones, like a rotisserie chicken, save the bones and toss them in the freezer. when you have enough you can use them to make a chicken stock. It'll taste 10 times better and only takes a few extra seconds of work overall
