the difference is, on 4cuck, there are like 80 boards, most of which have fairly active moderation, whereas on the sharty, there's 1 active board, which on its own barely has enough moderators to keep up with it. although 'p gets posted just as frequently on 4cuck, you're less likely to see it, because it's scattered across different boards and (usually) gets deleted quickly.
this site basically had to introduce MPA, not because it has a bigger 'p spam problem, but because for some reason this site receives more scrutiny for it, despite being far smaller. you'll never see kiwifarms users call 4cuck a pedo site for suffering 'p spam
