1. All personal doxes (full name and address) will be required for janitor applications. ID verification and proof of address are mandatory. This information will not be shared unless decided by the userbase via poll. This will act as collateral to maintain acceptable janitor behavior.

2. Janitors are required to use provided tripcodes or other form of identification at all times. Posting or performing any janitorial responsibilities without identification is forbidden and will result in either immediate termination or a demerit based on context.

3. All file deletions and bans must be corroborated with a written report of the incident, with at least one witness signature from a non-administrative IP address. Failure to provide a full report will result in a demerit.

4. Upon the acquisition of three demerits AND a user-submitted petition/complaint report, a poll will be initiated to determine what, if any, dox information will be made public.
