This is a bit blunt but how do you not want to kill yourself on your period? And not because of the cramps. I have PMDD and no clue how to treat it yet, I'm only on one set of meds for anything (20mg prozac) and I'm almost out so I'm essentially rawdogging

It sucks because I lash out at people a lot and I'm a lot more prone to spiralling and splitting and the like during this time period. It's not fun to experience and I want it to stop. Any tips, or am I just stuck like this?
