I get how life at 19 might seem like it’s pointless to keep going but as cliche as it sounds you really do have your whole life ahead of you
Ik you aren’t gonna listen but being a reliable community helps it get easier. Even if you aren’t religious, I’d recommend going to a local church that’s full of older ppl since they’ll welcome you in and having the company really does go a long way.
I don’t frequent churches as much as I should but the few times I’ve gone and talked with some of the older ppl there I ended up getting literally thousands of dollars worth of art supplies for free from a random granny I just met who heard I liked painting
Also I get that self harm is addictive cuz ngl as embarrassing as it is to admit, I got addicted to that shit too. But overall it’s rlly not the best coping mechanism outside of very extreme cases and can go downhill rlly quick.
TLDR: try to find a supportive community even if they’re not similar you. Stop talking and interacting with toxic communities even tho it’s fun. Try learning to cook your own meals and eat healthier. (This isn’t even cuz you’re a foid. Even little chuddy moids should learn to cook cuz cooking is Gemmy and rewarding long term. I love cooking cuz it’s also a self fulfilling thing to do for me and others) also get the fuck off my board foid. You shouldn’t be here for your own mental health
