The legal questioning comes within sending 'zas or raiding or whatever. This would fall under cyber harassment, which is illegal in most places in the world. Swatting too is illegal, and used to actually be banned on here until Salt took over (albeit ive not seen anybaldi get swatted, even people who deserve it, cough cough cobblestone).

The part I don't know about is what does or doesn't count as "publicly available". A lot of OSINT stuff that's publicly available and in the more "mainstream" searches was once leaked from breaches. At what point is something publicly available info or not?
