>LOLBERTS HATE NUCLEAR POWER, NUCLEAR IS OBVIOUSLY THE SUPERIOR ENERGY FORM NO MATTER WHAT
<Look, I work in nuclear engineering myself, and i'll tell you that nuclear power plants are very situational, in some areas geothermal and hydroelectricity are superior because of their accessibility. There are some risks involved with nuclear power plants and they aren't easily justifiable. Plus they are expensive. I'm not saying nuclear power plants are horrible or that we shouldn't use them, it's that it's completely situational and we don't need them everywhere.

anti nuclear is at least logical for making sense because of the danger, why do ruralfags sperg out about windmills and solar tho?

Solar and nuclear both take up farmland

They need to be replaced every 20 years, made out of heavy metals that can't be recycled easil

nuclear is better then everything because its reliable. solar panels burn out and are DNBs. wind takes 15 years of continuous wind to pay off the resource debts

But it’s starting cost can be too much, that’s why a lot of countries choose geothermal/hydro

marge why would lolberts hate nuclear power their whole thing is being against all forms of regulation

obviously the necessity of nuclear power plants comes out of contrast with energy sourced from oil that's the point, nuclear isnt the ONLY option but it's arguably the best one and continuing to inhibit the medium from growing is completely suicidal
