Unlike an IQ test, comedy is more art where even if it can be good or bad from a mass appeal stance, at the end of the day there's a ton of "correct" answers. You can measure how creative or divergent an idea is, more or less, but you can't say past a certain point that you weren't intelligent enough to come up with it, there's too many variables.
