When posing a question in English, you generally move the verb (is/are, in this case) to the start of the question, going right after the Why. For example: "Why are the birds singing?" or "Why shouldn't we post coal"?. A better way of phrasing the question in this thread would be "Why are most of the bait threads on this site just one loser constantly bumping his own thread, hoping for the imaginary "noosoi" to reply?"
