How is /soy/ staying fit and aryan? I've been trying to plan my meals out more, and properly time them, stuff like that. I've been making more of an effort to go to the gym each day, I miss one or two days a week because of work. I'm still trying to figure out how to make the most out of each trip to the gym, any advice on that?

Gym 6 times a weak alongside hema 4 times a weak, eat whole foods and never eat proccessed foods, if avaialble ie: not in a city-state. Always purchase from farmers and butchers, higher cost but its better in all ways. Food is 70% of the effort, the gym is far easier once you get going.

Going to the gym is bad for you. "Strongmen" get winded when they climb a staircase because all the surplus musculature is taxing on the heart. The best way to be healthy is just to have a more natural diet and remove stressors from one's life. Ironically, laying on the couch all day is better for one's health than lifting weights.
