Recently over the past few weeks I have been suffering with an extreme case of OGD. Nearly every time I think of an opinion or remark on a post or question I imagine a buff grey man repeating what I say to a someone leaking at him with the opposite opinion. I have noticed this is becoming quite rampant, getting more severe day by day, I can barely go a few original thoughts without thinking of a giga, I’ve even noticed that I’m starting to live in my own head more and more glamorizing my own opinions and thoughts over and over, secluding myself from irl friends and family and spending my days feeding my ego. I fear that if this continues it may become so severe I may become nothing but a semi sentient entity, not thinking, not capable of emotion, but just repeating everything it says while smiling with glee over itself. How do I stop thinking of the big grey man.
