In the meantime, start taking your multivitamins every day. I also take a magnesium glycinate and a zinc once or twice a week, although that's not too necessary since I eat well. And on that note, if you eat like shit it could be giving you some kind of deficiency, alongside the obvious side effects of only eating crap.
How well do you sleep? Do you exercise, and if so, how much? And check for mold in your bedroom/house.
