So according to the story of Adam and Eve, Eve was made from Adam's rib (or side, depending on your interpretation), therefore making her from a man.

So a man and a woman is what God makes of it, rather than the genetic chromosomes (this is what allows for protestants to claim traiso christians exist). 1 Corinthians 11:11-12 (NKJV) states: "Nevertheless, in the Lord woman is not independent of man, nor is man independent of woman. For as woman came from man, so also man is born of woman. But everything comes from God." What this means is that there's actually no significant difference between a man or a woman in the eyes of God, as there's no difference genetically.
But if there's no difference between them, then a man who marries another man that fulfills the woman's role (assuming it's without intent from the masculine man) is not sinning until/unless he finds out that second person isn't a man. But, it is still a gay (a man and a man) relationship. Therefore, we can logically conclude that either gayness isn't a sin or that the relationship isn't gay. We can apply this to sex too, assuming sodomy (which of course is a sin) or that the female male's genitalia has been surgically removed.
Now that we know it isn't biblically gay to fuck a troon, we can work back from there. The troon is still sinning in the eyes of God for violating the rules regarding his gender, therefore the troon is still male. From that we can conclude that this is still homosexual sex, but isn't gay for the male male.
Therefore it is not biblically gay to fuck a dude, assuming that the dude can pass as a woman.
