Something really weird happened to me

Yesterday (Tuesday night) was totally normal, nothing weird. I was doing my usual routine which is to watch Letterkenny, eat some frozen goyslop, and then pass out around 11:30. And I wake up and feel fine. I slept good actually.

I check my phone and it says 7:42 AM, but under the time it says THURSDAY. So I figure geg ok my phone glitched, except my watch which is analog says the same in its date window. THU. But I went to sleep Tuesday. So I should be waking up Wednesday.

I didn't sleep through Wednesday because I slept eight hours and the health app on my phone confirms eight hours. So I go to the kitchen but the leftover pasta I had laying out hasn't gone bad, but if it was sitting out for 48 hours if definitely would have. But the trash did get picked up and that's Wednesday morning here. And the cans are at the curb, empty, brought out and emptied.

my work calendar has a meeting marked completed that was scheduled for Wednesday at 2PM, but I have zero memory of it. And there's a follow-up email I apparently sent at 2:51PM Wednesday in my sent folder which sounds like me. But again I did not write it. So I text my coworker "weird question did we have our sync yesterday" and he goes "yeah lol you good?"

Anyway I finally got all my work done today which took longer than usual because I had to get my bearings obviously. But I don't know what happened because everyone else had Wednesday and it seems like Wednesday happened but I was not there at all even though people remember me being there? Am I cooked?
