Many prehistoric societies buried males in a way that they'd only do for females, and stuff like that. There genuinely are people who have some weird hormone mismatch in utero at specific times that probably cause something like it, or make it more likely. Though the amount of people who fit into this category would probably be a very small minority of trannies today. The Lord gives us free will, so why would He mess around with people's neurology just for them to live a life of pure suffering?
