it doesn't have google's safe-search, which is forced on and means that you can't look up words like nigger without it automatically giving you results that are vetted by google, ie if you look up nigger hunting on google you won't get anything related to it but yandex will give you nigger hunting

In yandex images you could find softcore 'p if you made a typo in one word, there was a huge scandal because of this
