With meds prescribed it was like a fog had been lifted and I could see the actions of my ‘loving’ wife… after having started to see the patterns in her baviour as I was not in my own head blaming myself and letting her blame me for everything and anything and never ever doin enough or getting it right.

as part of the final steps of my breakdown I necked a bag and proceeded to tell one of the ‘pocker dads’ that I had a fantasy to see my wife with another man. Not only was I high I was pissed as this was a regular bi annual night out for the 6 dads.

we had a pCoker night a week later, at my home (we rotated hosting) one of the other dads not the one I spoke to, brought up fucking my wife and me being a cuckold in an oblique way. Then one of the others guys added swiftly but he (me) doesn’t want to be there when it’s happening.

So they had alll discussed it obviously, raised it and one even then added detail I had not spoken about.

I’ve denied my gut feeling over the years, that she has been fucking around…but here with that ‘added detail’ what’s been something I have denied (especially bout that chap) seems obvious now.

how can I manage this situation?
