Today I would like to present a new trolling method for 'oxed persons. Usually we order 'zas to their homes, but in some cases the 'zas never seem to actually arrive, despite the 'ox being correct, possibly due to xhem telling the pizza places not to deliver to their address, if xhey were 'zad in the past. I would like to present an auxiliary minor inconveniencing method. Delivering mail without paying postage. Please see the appended video presentation. Not only can you send pretty much anything, if you do this, the recipient of the mail can get fined for not having paid postage so they'll get extra 'aped.
