When I was younger, I used to have strange "nightmares" if that's the right word to call them. Basically, they would trigger when I would just be about to fall asleep (I would remember right before I fell asleep, which I don't do when I actually do fall asleep.) and I would wake up afterwards after like 5 minutes. In between that, I would have weird visions of like, a meat labyrinth or something. Like I was walking around in a maze made of meat and there were also bugs and maggots and similar things inside of it. I wouldn't be able to fall back asleep for like half an hour to an hour after these would occur because of the adrenaline of seeing such strange shit. These happened over the course of like a month when I was around 13-14 and then never again.
Basically I had embedded 'O in my brain

Now that you mention it i had very weird stuff happen in my dreams too. I experienced things in my dreams that were literally indistinguishable from real life. First one i was in some sort of morgue and they out an anesthetic mask on me and i felt asleep in my dream immediately. The secind one was 3 aliens passing around a joint until they passed it onto me. When i hit it i started flying ontop of a rainbow ocean naked for some reason.

i was walking back home from gym at 2330 and i saw what i thought to be a plane or a meterologigal ballon(white UFO flying low and slow), i was looking at it for good 30 seconds before i thought i will take a picture of it i couldnt catch focus then it speed up, i didnt think much of it, when it had flown away all lights on street i was walking turned off
keep in mind it was all during 3-5 minutes
