Use chatbbc to track your calorie surplus, consume stuff like milk and spoonfuls of olive oil, Smuckers peanut butter on sourdough from Publix. Get your thyroid and vitamins checked stuff like b12, folate, ferritin even malabsorption. For vitamins use 2000iu D3 with 100mcg K2, Omega 3, 5g Creatine and a good B Complex with low B6, I recommend small amounts of Beef Liver instead of a Multivitamin.
