the thing is that being a tranny technically is a real thing in the DSM-5, it is a real mental disorder, but none of these people have it and its about as rare as something like alien hand syndrome. most people who say they have it are just doing it because they have a fetish or desperately want attention from others.

i think in 50 years the state of trannyism will improve to where the soyience would let you change your actual biological gender, or do something close enough to it

yes, from what ive seen its like a nagging OCD like tendency to completely change your genitals, doctors used to look for avenues to stop that nagging feeling, but because of tranny politics all they look for now is transition methods so i doubt any progress on the disorder will be made any time soon
